iRacing SR Master

Short version: iRacing SR Master does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The app reads iRacing telemetry and session data directly from the iRacing service using your credentials — none of this data ever touches our servers.

Overview

iRacing SR Master ("the App", "we", "our") is a companion application for iRacing members. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and your rights. We take your privacy seriously — and we've built the App from the ground up to minimize data collection to zero.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, store, or sell any of the following:

Personal identifiers (name, email, address)Not collected

iRacing Data Access

The App communicates directly with the official iRacing service on your behalf. Any iRacing session data, safety rating history, incident counts, or telemetry retrieved by the App:

Is processed locally on your device only
Is never transmitted to any server operated by us
Is subject to iRacing's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

You are responsible for your iRacing account credentials. We strongly recommend using iRacing's official authentication flows and never sharing your password with any third party.

Local Storage

The App may store preferences and cached session data on your device (such as display settings or recent session history). This data:

Stays entirely on your device
Can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the App
Is never synced to external servers

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services provided by Google LLC ("Firebase"). No advertising networks or data brokers are used.

Firebase Analytics — Collects anonymized, aggregated usage data such as screen views and session duration to help us understand how the App is used and improve it. This data is not linked to your iRacing identity or any personally identifiable information. You can opt out of analytics data collection via your device's advertising settings.
Firebase Crashlytics — Automatically collects crash reports when the App encounters an error. Reports may include device model, OS version, app version, and a stack trace. No personally identifiable information is intentionally included in crash reports.

Both services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. The only other external service the App communicates with is iRacing, at your direction.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 where applicable under local law). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. iRacing membership itself requires users to be adults or have parental consent per iRacing's terms.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy — for example, if a future version of the App introduces optional account features — we will update the effective date above and notify users through the App or the applicable app store listing. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
